Good TV, Terrible Stand August 31, 2010

I bought this TV and it is cheap and gives a good picture - I would recommend buying it if you are going to mount it on the wall. I think that Samsung is an overall great brand - so far I have bought 4 monitors/TVs from them, yet this particular TV was hard to install and broke an hour after installation. The screws are self threading, and hard to thread as well; it turned out that the screws were in slightly off-center but finally the screws were all the way in (after about 1 hour of installation) and I thought it was fine - until it came crashing down and the screen cracked. The holes for the screws in the stand were completely destroyed - giving the TV no firm hold on the stand.
I went out and bought a CHEAPER LG tv - the only reason I didn't buy this in the first place was because I usually like Samsung - and this was installed in 5 minutes, and has worked brilliantly for 3 weeks now.
